Overview
Viyapara services are operational and compliance-led engagements. By default, payments are non-refundable once a service has entered active processing.
This policy applies to company registrations, tax and compliance support, accounting subscriptions, and related service engagements.
Non-refundable items
The following items are treated as non-refundable unless explicitly required otherwise by law.
- Service fees after operational processing has started.
- Work already delivered in an active cycle.
- Government, statutory, and third-party authority fees unless the authority issues a refund.
- Paid billing periods for recurring services, including accounting and bookkeeping cycles.
Refund eligibility (if any)
If cancellation is requested before any operational processing begins, a partial refund may be approved after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.
In rare and documented service-delivery failures attributable solely to Viyapara, management may approve discretionary credit or partial refund.
Any exception is assessed case-by-case against workflow stage, completed deliverables, and authority dependencies.
Billing disputes
If you believe a billing error occurred, raise a dispute through support with complete transaction details.
Refund review decisions are typically communicated within 5 to 10 business days, depending on case complexity and dependency checks.
- Share the case ID and payment reference.
- Include the disputed amount and a clear explanation.
- Provide supporting documents if available.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider, related service activity may be paused while the case is reviewed.
Viyapara may submit delivery records, communication logs, and payment evidence to resolve chargeback investigations.
How to request support
To request a refund review, submit your request through support and include enough detail for verification.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment channel where possible.
